Be Respectful

- Respect different opinions and perspectives
- Use appropriate language
- Report violations you encounter
❌ Don't:
- Harass, bully, or intimidate others
- Use hate speech or discriminatory language
- Attack people based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
- Share content that promotes violence or harm
- Impersonate others or create fake accounts
Keep It Safe
Prohibited Content:
- Illegal Activities: No content that promotes illegal activities, drugs, or weapons
- Violence: No graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies harm
- Adult Content: No nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit material
- Self-Harm: No content promoting suicide, self-injury, or eating disorders
- Dangerous Acts: No challenges or stunts that could cause injury
Child Safety:
- Omaza is for users 18 and above only
- Zero tolerance for any content exploiting or endangering minors
- Immediately report suspected underage users
Be Authentic
- Real Identity: Use your real information, don't impersonate others
- One Account: Create only one account per person
- Honest Interactions: Don't use bots, fake engagement, or manipulation
- Original Content: Share content you have rights to use
Respect Privacy
- Don't share others' private information without consent
- Respect boundaries when someone says no
- Don't record or screenshot private conversations without permission
- Report privacy violations immediately
No Spam or Scams
Prohibited:
- Spam messages or repetitive content
- Phishing attempts or fraudulent schemes
- Pyramid schemes or get-rich-quick scams
- Unauthorized commercial solicitation
- Misleading links or malware
Intellectual Property
- Only share content you own or have permission to use
- Respect copyrights, trademarks, and patents
- Don't use others' music, videos, or images without rights
- We respond to valid copyright complaints under DMCA
Healthy Environment
Encourage:
- Positive interactions and meaningful connections
- Diverse perspectives and inclusive discussions
- Support and empathy for others
- Constructive feedback and growth
Discourage:
- Toxic behavior and negativity
- Trolling or inflammatory content
- Excessive profanity
- Aggressive or confrontational communication
Reporting Violations
If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines:
- Use the "Report" button on any content or profile
- Provide specific details about the violation
- Block users who make you uncomfortable
- For urgent safety concerns, email safety@omaza.in
Reports are reviewed within 1 hour. We take swift action on violations.
Enforcement
Consequences for Violations:
- Warning: First-time minor violations
- Content Removal: Violating posts/media deleted
- Temporary Suspension: 1-30 days for repeated violations
- Permanent Ban: Serious or repeated violations
- Legal Action: For illegal activities
Appeals:
If you believe an enforcement action was a mistake:
- Submit an appeal through the app
- Provide context and explanation
- Appeals reviewed within 48 hours
- Decisions are final after appeal review
Updates to Guidelines
We may update these guidelines to reflect new features, user feedback, or policy changes. Continued use of Omaza means you accept the updated guidelines.
